Our farm is looking for one full-time apprentice and 2 part-time workers for the 2008 season. Our farm is located near Merrickville, Ontario.

The apprentice position runs from April 7 to October 31 and includes room and board at our farm, a stipend of $100/week, and the opportunity to learn all aspects of running a successful Community Supported Agriculture farm business, including marketing, management techniques, greenhouse and field production, and food harvesting, preparation and distribution. You can also participate in and learn about cooking great natural food.

One part-time position will run from May 5 to October 24; the other from June 16 to September 1 - the second part-time position would be suitable for a student. The typical work week for part-timers will be 20-25 hours. Salary for the part-time position is $10/hour, plus veggies from the garden.

Work days will be Sunday, Monday, Thursday and Friday, and either Tuesday or Wednesday.
