Think cannibal, buy local! Wait a second, that's not right. Anyway, by 'local' we mean organic food home delivery programs, farms, farmers markets and Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) programs. By the way, in Japan this concept is known as buying 'food with the farmer's face on it'. We think this means being close to your food supply is your best assurance of quality and freshness (unless you are, in fact, a cannibal).

And when you choose to support these local natural growers you are also choosing to support a healthy agricultural community, and a healthier environment for everyone. Feel good, do good, eat good, its way cool! So find a local source of good natural food and enjoy!
